If the Agency is able to re-rent the property for same term and rate, rental deposits would be refundable less 10% of the TOTAL RENTAL AMOUNT FOR THE ENTIRE RENTAL PERIOD. If you decide that you must cancel, you may not move your deposit to another week. Payment in full is due 30 days prior to arrival. Any cancellation within 30 days is non-refundable.

Property was in a great location - super walkable to beach as well as downtown for shopping and eating. Parked our car and did not have to move it until we left. I was here with my 3 adult daughters so the extra bathrooms were wonderful. The outside deck was a great place for coffee in the morning and to regroup in the evening.All amenities were included which is always wonderful when traveling by air.Bonus beach bag with a beach blanket and four beach towels, along with a cooler made our day at the beach fantastic. This was a super thoughtful surprise. Working with Erin was quick and easy and response time was great.Would definitely recommend this place and would stay again.
Our party of 5 adults just returned from a week at this lovely home in Ogunquit Maine. It was our first time in the area and this was the perfect spot for our homebase. The home was clean and charming with lots of special extras left by the hosts for us to enjoy. Very well stocked with necessities with towels and linens included. The beds were comfortable and the linens good quality. The house was tastefully appointed, and you could tell that everything had been recently updated/upgraded. The best part was the convenient location. Main Street is one of the major thoroughfares, and the house is a few blocks from the "center" but still just a very short flat walk to dozens of restaurants, bars, shop and very close to the entrance of Marginal Way (there is a path through the back woods to make the trip even shorter). Even though it is on a main street, the house feels secluded and private with woods in the back and a private back porch, large lot for parking and side area with Adirondack chairs and a fire pit. Washer/dryer, dishwasher, drip coffee machine, everything you need to feel right at home. We were nervous as this is a new rental with no reviews when we booked, but everything was just as advertised if not better! (as noted, rental unit is on the 2nd/3rd floors so steps are necessary). Definitely book this home for your next adventure in Ogunquit!
