Beautiful Yarmouth Port home 2.5 miles to North Side beaches spacious layout offers plenty of room for up to 11 guests. This home has a large eat in kitchen with built-in appliances. very inviting family room is open to the kitchen for the open floor plan feel. Next is the cozy living room. It can be open or closed with double doors for privacy. There is a formal dining room for your Cape Cod entertaining . Upstairs you’ll find a master bedroom , king size bed with a newly remodeled luxurious master bath , bedroom number two has a queen bed , bedroom number three has a double bed. The main bathroom is in the hallway hall. You’ll find a great room with a pool table games and a sitting area.The basement has room to sleep five with a bump twin over full and a full bed with television. There is a large fenced in backyard safe for your pets to play with a large deck grill, outdoor shower, patio furniture for entertaining outside . House is set back from the street with a long driveway and ample parking. Enjoy the putting green in the front yard. The house borders conservation for a tranquil atmosphere.
