Very comfortable stay while we were on our New England road trip. The setting was perfect, out in the rural where we wanted to experience. This place had all the amenities we needed and the view from the front porch was a good bonus! Wished we could have settled in and stayed longer.
Absolutely clean and orderly. Kitchen has everything you can possibly need for any cooking and baking. Too cold for a canoe ride but they also have then in the house. Overall very happy with our stay.
Very well appointed property. The pictures undersold how nice it was. The creek that runs through it was beautiful. The host was responsive and helpful. 10/10 would recommend.
The cabin was clean, cozy and well-accommodated for our family of 4 during a ski vacation. The water was hot and full pressure which was greatly appreciated after a cold day on the slopes! We will likely book again in the summer to take advantage of the lake across the street!
Amazing rental! We were all so happy with our stay! Super clean with a great layout for 2 couples! Doug was a great host and we will definitely be renting this place again! Thank you!

Open communication with host who is readily available. Comfortable and very clean cottage with a fireplace. Appreciated the kitchen and washing facilities.
Our team had a wonderful stay! The place was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The host was friendly and responsive, making the whole experience smooth and enjoyable. Would definitely stay again!"
The place was clean on entry. Everything in the home was in good working order. All lights, TVs, etc worked well. Cooking in the kitchen was a joy with everything I needed to cook breakfast and heat up basic dinners. The beds were comfortable and the towels were soft. Doug was a great and responsive host. I’d stay again!
The house was beautiful. Totally renovated inside and out. It was clean and well furnished. The kitchen was totally equipped with nice appliances, Keurig coffee maker, dishware, etc. Douglas, the owner, was available if we had any questions via text or telephone and responded very quickly. The sunroom was beautiful with a sofa which converted to a bed if needed. The front porch was a comfortable spot to sit and relax to read or enjoy a glass of wine overlooking the lake. Speaking of the lake, I did not realize that it was not available to swim in. You could only use it if you had a boat.Unfortunately, I did not research the area in New Hampshire and found that we had to drive quite a way for groceries and restaurants.
My wife and 2 sons stayed!!! What a great place!! The space was plenty, very clean, easy access to the TV and great WIFI. The location is perfect. My son attends Colby Sawyer, which is literally down the road!! We look forward to staying here again in the near future. THANKS!!
Very close and easy drive to Sunapee Mountain. Garage was available to store our ski gear. House was perfect size for 3 friends. Host was very communicative and helpful. Great View of the lake as well.
The house exceeded all expectations. I can’t possibly say enough about this place. It’s perfectly located, perfectly clean, perfect layout. We didn’t have kids but had we, it would have felt extremely welcoming. Plenty of room, super clean, great temperature control inside, the bedding was top-notch, access to a grill…. Seriously awesome. The owners were excellent with communication. I’ve travelled the world and they, again, were top brass.
