Sunny Pool & Perfect Location – So Close to Everything!

We loved our stay! The sunny pool and private yard made it feel like our own little oasis. The home is single story, which was perfect for our family, and it had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. It's in a great location—just minutes from Disney, attractions, and Medieval Times. Fantastic home! We loved the private garden and sunny pool that had sunshine all day long. The location was perfect — close to all the parks — and we found it so easy and affordable to just use Ubers instead of hiring a car. Couldn't have asked for a better stay.

We had a fantastic stay at kissimmeedisneyvilla. The property was spotless, spacious, and beautifully maintained, with everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing break. The pool area was a real highlight—peaceful, private, and perfect for unwinding after busy days out. The villa is in a great location too, a reasonable drive to shops, restaurants, and all the main attractions, yet still quiet enough to feel like a true retreat. Communication with the host was excellent from start to finish, making the whole experience smooth and stress-free. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would happily return. Highly recommended!

House was exactly as expected. It was very clean upon arrival and we felt very comfortable. The pool and fenced backyard were great. The kitchen had everything we needed. The neighborhood is nice and we felt safe. The AC worked great to keep the house cool. Overall a great home for our family to enjoy. We would stay there again.

Relaxing Atmosphere

Our favorite spots were relaxing on the shaded lanai and enjoying the pool. The house was well-equipped, it had everything we needed. The neighborhood was quiet and convenient to shopping locations. There are sidewalks throughout the neighborhood for those who enjoy a daily walk. We would stay here again if returning to this area.

We had a great stay. The house was clean, we got the pool heated and that was perfect. The fence around the pool area gave great privacy. Only negatives were the ad said it had a pool table and it did not and the kitchen sink water pressure was not good although all other sinks and showers were very good. We would recommend this house to others.

The sundeck is south facing and offers complete privacy, so guests can relax and enjoy peace and quite time with friends and family. I will check the listing, but the home doesn't have a games room and we don't advertise a pool table. The kitchen tap pressure can be adjusted by switching to full. Excellent safe quiet. property

I truly enjoyed my stay at this conveniently located property.It was very clean and easy to navigate how to find every thing I needed in the home. The instruction manual was clear and concise and the property was well maintained. I felt very safe staying there by myself when my husband I was alone in the house because of the secure locks on all doors and windows. The water pressure for 2 of 3 faucets in the kitchen was low but really a minor in convenience. No one bothered me... and I felt very safe in the neighborhood where I walked daily. I would give an excellent review overall!!! Loved it !
