It really is a special spot, and we’re glad the golf cart made getting around easy (even if it was hard to leave!) We appreciate your feedback on the vendor visits. For things like the pool and lawn, they’re on regular weekly service schedules to keep everything in great shape for guests, and while we do note that service may occur during a stay, exact timing isn’t always provided by vendors. That said, we completely understand how that could feel unexpected, especially around the pool, and we’ll continue working on setting clearer expectations where we can.
