The house was amazing, and the property management were so helpful and welcoming! Property was walking distance to the beach and to Downtown rosemary which was so convenient! Loved our stay here

The house was incredible and met all of our needs for a multi-family vacation. There were a few things broke within the house that will need attention after the rental season is over, but didn’t impact our stay. The house is very close to beach access and within walking distance to local restaurants, coffee shops, merchants, etc. would definitely rent again!

Everything was absolutely gorgeous. High end finishes and bedding. Very well-maintained. Pool was heated well and just a short walk to the beach. Also very walkable or bike-able to nearby Rosemary Beach shops and restaurants. Of note, we traveled with children and there are built in baby gates on the stairs, a few kids plastic bowls/plates, a pack and play in one of the closets, a high chair, and at least one glider chair on the second floor. We rented a lot of baby gear that we didn’t need to!

The home and ELP management were both spectacular! The pool was heated our entire stay to the perfect temperature, beds were ultra comfy, the built in baby gates made life MUCH easier lol and the TOTO smart toilets were an extra touch of luxury. Walking one block to the beach was a breeze and heavy the property fully fenced and gated was so nice. Kitchen was well stocked and it was great to have 2 true primary suites. In addition, the carriage house was such a plus for my son and daughter in law. ELP was extremely responsive and just a text away. Fabulous!!!
