I've choses the Royal Mauian over all others for the last 30 years. The condo is extremely well appointed with art and Koa wood everywhere. Amazing top floor condo with superior views. 2 ACs and very nice appliances make this a very comfortable unit.

The view from the deck was exceptional. Access to town, food, grocery & beach was worth every penny. Being able to walk steps to the beach to float, snorkel and sunbath was amazing. Very special place. Would recommend to friends and family.

Beautiful place, perfect location, everything you could possibly need for the perfect Maui vacation. We usually spend all of our time outside on the beach and in the water on our trips to Maui and the location of this rental is perfect for that. However, due to intermittent rain on this trip we were able to enjoy time inside our comfortable and well equipped rental more than on previous trips. We were able to watch sea turtles from our ocean front balcony for hours. We enjoyed the sunset from our balcony every night. We were well taken care of during our entire trip. We can’t wait to return.

Great place with beautiful view

This condo has every amenity and is in a great location. Walking distance to several beaches, restaurants, and shopping. I really loved enjoying the beautiful ocean views from the balcony and every room.

Beautiful condo with the best location in South Maui.

Completely equipped kitchen and everything we needed for the beach was already there. This is the nicest condo we've ever stayed in anywhere in Hawaii.

Love the Royal Mauian condos and this unit is on 6th floor. Stellar views of ocean and sunsets, turtles in AM, snorkeling access and beach access, great places ot shop and eat super close by. Def. will stay again!

By the beach

This unit had an incredible view and location. So close to the beach, ocean, restaurants and everything else we needed. Sleeping with the windows open was so great. Listening to the waves right below you made for extremely relaxing spot

Relaxing stay

The view was wonderful and provided beach chairs, umbrellas, etc. an added plus. Beach nearby or sit on lawn chairs on the grass. Several restaurants within walking distance. Would stay again.
