Found check-in to be easy. The condo wasn’t as clean as expected, dead mosquitoes on the living room floor boards and a dead on the wall in the entrance. The main door handle was loose and wasn’t secure. The air conditioning did work very well on the upper floor. The bed in the main floor collapsed. Overall for what we paid for we felt the quality was lacking.

The accommodation was spacious and offered plenty of space for our group, which we appreciated. Prior to our stay, I confirmed that there was an air conditioner that would adequately cool us off during the summer. Unfortunately, it did not meet our expectations.The place is a three-story accommodation. The indoor temperature on the third floor remained uncomfortably warm throughout our stay, making it difficult to relax and get a good night's sleep after long days. The home initially had one fan, and the host was "kind" enough to bring another after 3 days to cool the space. Note that there are three bedrooms on the third floor. We appreciated the host's responsiveness to remedy the situation. However, it did not make much of a difference, as it circulated hot air rather than cooling the rooms. The heat became so unbearable that we had to sleep a couple of nights elsewhere just to get some rest and catch some sleep to get the energy we needed to explore the parks. This added inconvenience and expense to our vacation. The property has great potential because of its size and layout, but the inadequate cooling overshadowed our experience. I recommend that air conditioning be improved, or that guests be given expectations about its cooling capability during the peak of summer so they can make an informed decision. Additionally, it advertises 4 bathrooms with showers. However, it has 3 bathrooms with showers and 1 half bathroom. Another disappointment for us!
