A very spacious beach house, sleeping 17, that was renovated in 2022 to maintain a traditional exterior with a beautifully updated interior. You are a five minute drive to Bethany Beach and a 7 minute drive to downtown shops and food. You can also choose to stay put, because the house has all you need for the perfect getaway. A large front yard, two decks, a game room and located on a quiet, private street with access to Salt Pond via a small day dock to paddleboard or kayak are a few standouts.

*All guests must be 25 years old, except for children with parents.
* Linens and towels are included with this property.

-Guests are responsible for providing anything they need beyond the starter amounts provided.

Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
-Please remember to put all used bath towels on the floor of the bathrooms. -Please place used beach towels in the washer and turn it on.
-Please strip the used beds and put used sheets/pillow cases on the floor for the cleaners to retrieve. -Please place dirty dishes in the dishwasher and turn it on.
-Please clean the grill if you have used it.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
**All guests must be 25+ except for children with parents. ** No Parties in the unit! ** No Smoking/Vaping in the unit. ** No Pets allowed.
No extra overnight guests unless on reservation or approved.If you violate this rule, the fee is $25 per extra guest per night with possible eviction.

Good family house with amenities. Good communication. Outdoor deck was dirty with pine needles and chairs had dirt on them. They came over to blow the needles. Otherwise good home.
