What an excellent location! We were able to walk to all the activities we had planned. The unit itself was very neat and exactly the space we needed. The check-in process was seamless and secure and the host was very responsive.

Lovely Condo

This condo was roomy and clean. It is a short walk across the street to the beach but far enough off the main road to be peaceful and quiet. We had a great stay.

Size of this condo was perfect for our family. Short walk to the beach. Only thing I noticed were small for example it listed games in the listing however there weren’t many options. No a deal breaker by any means. Just something to be aware of if that’s what you’re looking for. Response was very quick for the one issue we had. Would consider staying here again if in the area.

Close enough to enjoy walking to many places

Spacious and love the 3 balconies.If you are able to walk about 3/4 of a mile, you can walk to many different things.Restaurants, beach etc!

The condo was dirty. I have pictures to show. There were no clear instructions on which of the two remotes in each one turned on the tv. The one remote in the back left bedroom had a remote tagged “turn on tv”, with no batteries. One remote had cleared batteries in it. No where on the property description did it tell you the condo was on the 5th floor. Which is not a big deal, but the information I would like to have known about. It was not clear until the week of arrival that the washer and dryer is outside the unit. In addition you have to pay to wash your clothes.

Cleanliness is something we take seriously, and I regret that the condition upon your arrival was not up to standard. I wish you would have let us know upon arrival so we could have sent our cleaning team back over to make things right. We are also reviewing all TV remotes to ensure they are clearly labeled, functional, and equipped with working batteries. You’re absolutely right—details like the floor level and washer/dryer location should be communicated clearly. That is why in all of our messages leading up to our guest arrival we clearly state that this property is a penthouse and we send out a guidebook at booking letting our guest know the location of washer/dryer and that is paid. Your comments are helpful, and we are taking steps to prevent these issues going forward.

We had a great time and enjoyed the condo and surroundings. The condo is spacious but feels a bit sparce - not very homey. The size was perfect for us and our two adult children. The beach access is a short walk but you have to cross a 4-lane road in front of the complex, then walk down a narrow walkway and through some very hot sand (in the late afternoon). It helps to have a wagon, preferrably with large tires, to make the walk easier if you're taking chairs, coolers, tents, etc. The lagoon, also called a moat, has turtles and a small alligator which was fun. We bought some turtle food at Walmart which they loved! FYI, you only have a very small view of the lagoon from the unit, so make sure you go outside behind the building to enjoy the full beauty of the lagoon. The kitchen was pretty well stocked although we had to buy a spatula. Xanadu is close to Coligny Beach Park and Shopping Plaza and a short drive to anything we wanted to do. Overall it was a great trip and we would stay in this unit again!
