A beautifully renovated 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom home that exudes style, comfort, and in prime location for golfers. The open-concept living area boasts a seamless flow, inviting you to entertain guests or simply relax in the warm embrace of its inviting ambiance. The gourmet kitchen, a private oasis a stunning heated pool surrounded by lush landscaping, Florida sunshine, and nearby beaches. Speaking of beaches it is in a close distance to Boca Grande island and with endless possibilities.
The space
There are queen size beds in each of the 3 bed rooms. There is also a queen size sofa bed in the common area, in case of more than 6 guests . In total up to 8 people can sleep.
Guest access
You can use all part of the house except garage. You can use the garage only to access the garbage and recycling bins.
Other things to note
Please don’t host any parties at the house.

Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds, gather used towels and store extra beds
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
If you use the grill, please leave it clean for the next person to use.
Please don’t change the pool temperature and pump run time. It is manage and clean by a pool care company in a weekly manner. Any pool related issues, please contact me.
When the AC is on, please keep all the doors close.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Loved the pool, spent most of our time poolside. Very clean. Kitchen needs more and better dishes/utensils. Blinds and windows need to be fixed.

The house was absolutely fine. The pool was advertised as heated ( Why I chose that one) well he told me he turned it up to 85 and the water temp never went over 75. Very very disappointing and freezing cold. One day it did get up to 79 in the afternoon but way too cold for us older ladies to enjoy.
