Our family of 5 stayed here for a week. It was spacious enough for everyone to have their own space , however the basement with the game room was a huge hit . It was close to the beaches which we enjoyed!

Great central location for our wedding facilities in Dennis and Yarmouth. Couldn’t quite figure out the all in one washer so we had to dry our clothes outside on the clothes line. But all in all a great property

The house was lovely and pet friendly which was perfect for us. The air conditioning worked great and they had a lovely backyard! The basement was terrific for the kids with all the games. They spent all their time down there when we were home. It was so nice to have a separate space for them. Having two living rooms made such a difference. Definitely saved on the noise level! The only thing I personally didn’t like was, there weren’t shades or blinds on all the windows. But, that’s personal preference. Communication was awesome, before, during, and after the stay. She even texted wishing us a safe drive home! Would definitely stay again!

Wonderful stay to celebrate father's 90th birthday and Thanksgiving with family. House was well furnished and kitchen was well appointed. Everything was clean and in great condition. Ksellia answered all our questions before stay quickly and was very nice to work with. We hope to stay here again in the future.

Soccer stay

We stayed here for a soccer tournament and the house was perfect for our family. The kids had a blast in the basement playing air hockey and foosball, while the adults were able to enjoy the living room and deck. The house is located close to shopping, beaches and restaurants which was very convenient for us with a busy weekend. The check in and out process was seamless and easy and any questions we had were answered promptly. We would absolutely stay here again!

I definitely recommend this property. The home is near many beaches and restaurants, and West Yarmouth overall still maintains some of that 'old Cape' flavor. The home is in a very quiet residential area and as a result it was a pleasure to take neighborhood walks with little or no noise or traffic. I am originally from New England, so my husband and I invited small groups of family and friends to come down during our week and everyone enjoyed their stay. One of the best features of the home was the patio which was accessible from the kitchen and overlooked the large, private back yard. For a somewhat price-y but wonderful dinner, we highly recommend the nearby Old Yarmouth Inn which has an excellent menu and is only a few minutes from the home. (You need a reservation.) I don't think you will ever find a host more responsive than Kseniia, both prior to and during your stay. Her responses were always helpful and exceptionally prompt. We would definitely book this property if we traveled to the Cape again!

We had a wonderful stay here! The house was extremely clean and comfortable, plenty of space and wonderful location. Short easy drive to tons of places in the area like beaches, the water park, pirate museum, and great restaurants. Great place for a family. We had my 75 year old parents with us and they also had a great time. The host is super responsive and helpful. 10/10 great vacation thanks so much!
