What a beautiful home and perfect layout! Open living, dining, kitchen floor plan with two bedrooms and two bathrooms. Driveway kept our car close and the extra space next to it was perfect for our TTU son to park while visiting. This home is very centrally located to everything! Minutes to TTU, restaurants, shopping, everything. We literally walked to the Fall Fest. The host was very accommodating with soaps, toothbrushes, lots of towels, coffee with creamer and even some snacks. We had a fantastic time and found our home away from home when visiting Cookeville.

It was an excellent visit. The place was very clean and organized. Check in was easy. I did want to point out two things you may want to consider checking out: 1. The master bedroom shower was so slow draining that twice water ran into the bathroom and around the toilet etc. 2. Several lights were flickering in different areas of the house. Overall we were very pleased with the rental. Thank you.

Clean and Great Location

Property was clean and well kept. Very convenient to town and it’s an easy walk to coffee shops or browsing downtown merchants.We will be checking for availability on our next visit.Highly recommend.

LOVE this property! We stayed here during our visit to Tennessee Tech orientation weekend. It is beautifully decorated and very clean. The property manager was very responsive and understanding about shifting our stay due to last-minute changes with flights. We look forward to our next stay when we return to Tennessee to visit our daughter over the next years.

This was perfect for our stay. The home was clean, comfortable, and convenient to everything. My husband was here for training at CrossFit Mayhem, which was about 5 minutes away. The kids and I spent a whole day exploring the various parks in and around Cookeville. It was such a neat place and I would highly recommend this home for your stay. You won’t be disappointed!
