Great condo in a great location. The condo was clean and spacious and had everything we needed. It’s right next to Crabby Joes, so we walked there a few times for dinner. The pool is heated which was amazing. David was a great host and answered all of our questions. Can’t wait to be back to this place some day!

Great for our short family vacation. Ocean front with great views and sounds of the ocean. Convenient location to everything. Quiet. Master bedroom door didnt lock and the master bathroom sink didnt drain well, but over all, met our family needs. Loved the extra touches of things in the kitchen for use. We will definitely be back!

The condo is in a great location just steps from the pool, beach, and a restaurant.The condo was not what I would consider to be clean.The living room/kitchen area: popcorn under the table and couch, there was only a Keurig machine for coffee/tea and it was not clean, the trash can had food inside the lid (which was broken and needed to be pulled open).The master bedroom: the bed was a pullout type bed and the mattress drooped by your feet.Master bath: similar to other older condos we have visited the ventilation for the bathroom was practically non-existent.2nd bedroom: the bottom of the top bunk had, what appeared to be, boogers stuck to the mattress.Overall it met our needs for a quick layover in Daytona Beach. The area is nice, but the unit needs more than just an updated backsplash.
