Very clean and well stocked linens. Had some kids book's that my little girl enjoyed. Pool area, restaurant and game room was fun.

Wonderful stay

We had a great time staying in this home. It was beautiful and very welcoming. The owner was always responsive and helpful when we had questions. We would stay here again in a heartbeat!

We paid extra fees to use them but we never went down maybe next time but when checking in everyone was very nice there

Stayed here for the week of Christmas and had an amazing time! The host was awesome and responded quickly to all my questions. Very sweet and accommodating. The house was a perfect size for my size 8 family! Close enough to all parks with so much to do around. Having a pool and arcade at the front of resort was a win for us! The only thing I would say is that I could tell another family had just left before we arrived. A rushed cleaning I would say. Besides that , we enjoyed our stay and would love to return!

It was a fairy nice and clean place overall.We did have to go to the dryer to get towels and washcloths.

Thanks for your stay. Feedback is noted. House Rule is for guests to clean after themselves. Usually tons of towels are used because the pool during a stay. A 4 hour window for HK to clean all linens and towels is not enough. Rarely it end up being in the dryer if guests don’t follow up house rules.

Upon checking in she has me as Michael not Michele so that was a problem. They would not let me check in. We had to call and verify with host because error was on her end. My confirmation said Michele. But the resort wouldn’t accept my proof. Then when booking it said total fee was shown. Upon checking I was charged another 120.00 for fees. The unit was infested with tiny ants that got into all our food. We had to end up buying new food and putting everything in the fridge. I spoke to the resort and said they couldn’t help. It was just an issue with the unit. Just to let the host know. I tried calling her she did not respond. The beds were very uncomfortable. We rarely ever had hot water. There was tin foil to fix the outside door lock. The door jam and been kicked in several times. That was a bit unsettling. I was given the wrong internet information when I got my reservation information. So was unable to use any electronics.

There was a camera in the living room and the maid was in our room Cleaning at 1130 (checkout is noon) and we felt very uncomfortable that someone entered the unit before the checkout time.

Hi. I hope you enjoyed the full of your stay. As for our family, we respect privacy.The camera in the living room is for your safety and it is only active if intruder break in. There is other camera at outside lanai. The one in the living room is not active. Only with breaking entry. Check out time at the resort is at 10:00 am however I let guest check out at 11:00 am. The House Keeper is very sweet and she knocks. Maybe she didn’t realize you were there. Or if there was no car outside she might have thought you have left. I hope you still enjoyed your stay.
