First of all, Jeremy as the owner couldn't be better. Great to be able to reach him before our stay. The house is very cool, pool is very big, and lots of open usable spaces inside and outside. Was a great spot wuth location a few minutes from airport and only 12 mins from Bellagio!

Everything was fantastic. The pool wasn't heated, but we didn't have much time to swim. All in all, wonderful host and house!

I will never want to stay anywhere else in Vegas! This house does not miss a single detail when it comes to hosting a group. Fully stocked kitchen, tons of games, outdoor bar and a coffee bar!! One of my favorite things about this house is that almost every room has a king size bed and the beds are the most comfortable I’ve ever slept in while away from home. The location is easy and convenient, the decor is fun and creates great energy and atmosphere. Also- the property is huge and private which makes you feel like you have your own little desert oasis. The diving board was a huge hit in the pool!

Overall the stay was enjoyable. The house is nice but definitely could use a bit of care. Host was responsive overall. When we arrived, the door code did not work and we had to stand in the hot sun with groceries for approx. 10 minutes while we waited for assistance after calling in. Towel racks and toilet paper racks were broken, dog poop and sharp goat heads were found in the turf in the yard, pool could use a good cleaning, there was no bedding for the futon, the pull out couch or the couch which are called bedrooms. The 8th bedroom is not a bedroom is is unsafe to sleep in. It is not attached to the home, does not have AC and the door has a large gap and a hole in the ceiling with the fan. Shower towels existed but again, not enough for the capacity of the house so pool towels had to be used. The house was nice enough and we had fun but it needs more care. Both outdoor grills also had quite bit of food still on them from a previous guest.
