The home is very walkable to the beach and some restaurants, though a car is recommended for most errands.

Additional Notes
$25 pet fee per pet, per night, requested separately after booking.
Stays of 28 nights or more require a lease agreement and a $300 security deposit.
Primary renter must be at least 21 years old.
Guests must complete a pre-arrival form and upload a photo ID for the primary renter.
A $12 per person fee applies after the 5th guest and is automatically included in pricing.
A Pack n Play is provided, but please bring your own sheets if you plan to use it.
