Great location. Right in the middle of Breckenridge and Frisco. Close to golf and mountain biking trails. Very comfortable unit with a nice deck. Easy access. This was my second stay at this location and will stay here again if available.

Rating Details: The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: In all the times I have rented places, I have never had such a terrible experience. When we arrived, we noticed that there were hairs on the sheets and on the mattress cover. The place was loud with people upstairs banging on the floor past 11:30 at night and it began again early in the morning.
