Amazing stay! On a scale of 1 to 10, I give it a 12! I've found my new place when I visit Franklin. It's the 1st VRBO I've stayed in that the place looked exactly like the pictures. The couch is a little wore out, I would prefer recliners. Definitely booking for December, and will probably be back in November too!

We really enjoyed our stay! The home was clean, cozy, and a perfect place to relax. The location was great for exploring the area hiking trails and waterfalls. It was convenient for visiting Franklin just minutes away and nearby towns, Sylva and Highlands.

Anniversary Trip

We went away for a few days with our small dog for our anniversary. Rental was very nice and private, yet not far from town. It was well equipped and clean, with everything that we needed.

Perfect for the two of us!

Beautiful, clean home! Nice touch with the bucket of treats left for us! We loved sitting on one of the two covered porches at night. Great weekend!

Yes, the space and location was welcoming to our 2 small poodles. A bigger dog (over 20 lbs). might be harder to manage in this home.
