This Sturgis home boasts beautiful views of the Black Hills, easy access to I-90, and ATV trails. Buffalo Chip and Kickstands Juke Joint are easily accessible via back roads.

This house includes a two-car garage in which to house your vehicles. 40 feet of additional driveway with 50 amp RV service is also available. The house features 4 inviting bedrooms, including 1 king bed, 2 queen beds, and 1 with two twin-XL beds. Each of the upstairs bedrooms has a portable AC unit. A queen air mattress is available if needed. Each of the 3 bathrooms is equipped with a shower, linens and a hair dryer. The kitchen comes fully complete.

Enjoy the black hills with your morning coffee on the deck. Deer and turkey make frequent visits to the sprawling back yard. The deck boasts a patio table, umbrella, and propane grill. After a day of riding, guests can relax in the downstairs game room, complete with poker table, mini frig, and tv.

This house has other amenities such as WiFi, smart tvs., AC, a washing machine and dryer.

**House is on a septic system and a well. Please use only supplied cleaning and laundry products.
