Great location. Close to Broadway and Germantown neighborhood. Plenty of sleeping space and the pool table made a great hangout for my army bro 35 year reunion. We had a great long weekend.

We had 9 in our group and this house was perfect for our group size. A short Uber ride to Broadway allowed for all of us to enjoy ourselves and not worry about parking.

Great house and location! The sound machines were useful, as there is construction both in front of and behind the house at this time. We did both a rental car and used Uber to get around, depending on where we were going.

We had such an amazing stay! The property was absolutely beautiful, breathtaking, extremely clean, and had all the perfect amenities we needed. The location was also a huge plus—everything was right in the center of everything and within walking distance, which made it perfect for our girls’ trip.I was celebrating my bachelorette weekend, and this property truly helped make the experience so special and memorable. After our initial booking, there were some unexpected issues with the original property, but the host was extremely communicative and immediately made sure we were taken care of by finding us another beautiful property. The transition was smooth, and we couldn’t have been happier with where we ended up!Kudos to the host for the wonderful communication, hospitality, and for making sure our stay was nothing short of amazing. This house was perfect for our weeknd away in Nashville. Plenty of space to be together, while still having personal space. We didn’t walk anywhere, it was our first trip there so we weren’t very familiar, but the Uber was affordable and Nashville had a ton of parking. Host was very attentive.

Great place

Stayed here for a weekend with family. Location was ideal with a few things walkable and a short uber to downtown. House was well equipped with everything we needed. Hosts were easy to work with and checked in with me to make sure we had everything we needed. Would definitely recommend.

Our host was very friendly and stopped by to check on how we were doing as he was remodeling a property next door. Because he asked, we mentioned a broken window lock and the property manager came by shortly afterwards and repaired the lock. The house is charming, I Goldilock-d all of the beds and each one was truly very comfortable which is crucial for me to enjoy my stay. Everything was great and we were very happy that we chose to stay there.

Girl’s Weekend

This home was the perfect place for 5 of us girls. It was clean, cozy & very comfortable! We could walk to certain things or take a short Uber ride. Plenty of space to hang out & chill! Would definitely stay here again!

Perfect for a girls trip

For a good time…

The host was very responsive to questions. This house is close to Broadway and all the local attractions. Furniture and beds are comfortable. I was able to drop off our luggage early.Definitely recommend for a stay in Nashville.
