This is a charming cozy house on the ocean with direct access down to the bay. Everything was clean the kitchen was incredibly well stocked. The owners were available and responsive when there was a problem. Could not have asked for better!
The property includes a large, clean (cozy!) house with 3 BR, beautiful view and beach access. It's just 50-100 ft to Green Beach, a great little spot where you can swim 100ft to a floating dock with a dive board. My swim was a highlight of the trip. The other side is the Clark family's boatyard, somewhat busy but never negatively so. The neighborhood includes several massive homes with little road traffic, just a lot of foot traffic as people walk about with their dogs. Watch for deer on the road. We used the outdoor shower exclusively, but it could use some pavers (gravel) and perhaps a curtain of some sort (my wife cared, I didn't!). The kitchen is nice, but it's a short walk or drive to the main drag in Jamestown with nice restaurants and bars!

We were in RI to attend our son’s ODS graduation. We found the property to a dream. We were nestled along the shoreline. We swam, took walks in the neighborhood, played yard games and enjoyed some amazing family time. Plenty to do in the area. We enjoyed a boat tour and a tour of the mansions. Additionally ate some of the best food at a half dozen restaurants. RI will always hold a warm space in my heart.
Great stay… ideas: more ice trays and an ice bucket for the freezer. Lawn games (Cornhole). Beach towels. Working dryer. Hooks for towels in bedrooms. Book with best bets for breakfast lunch and dinner.
Beautiful property right on the water. There was a kink in the check in (received the wrong code by email) and the listing did not make clear that there was only air conditioning in one of the bedrooms. The owner is new to renting and said he would address this going forward.
We had a great stay! Gary was very fast to communicate when we ran into any issues and being able to use the boat was a great unexpected perk of this property. If coming to Rhode Island we would recommend staying here!
Sarah was so friendly and such a pleasure to work with. The house was perfect for my family and right on the water! My son had endless fun playing on the beach while I sipped my coffee from the chairs in the yard. When we arrived, the house was spotless and very welcoming. We would definitely stay here again.
