Great place for a relaxing getaway

Fun in the Sun

Bring your swimsuit. 1207 is right outside the door to the beautiful pool. Just what we were hoping for. Beach towels were provided. Bring your sunscreen. You’re going to love it.

Loved this experience!!!

We had such a great experience at this condo. It was well kept, clean and everything inside was in working condition! More than that, it had a spectacular view overlooking the lake and was only 10-mins from the dam. One of our most enjoyable features is that it’s on the same level and only a few steps away from the pool which is heated!!! We hope we have the opportunity to revisit!!!

Very nice property

This is a well appointed condo. I loved the fact that the sofa and loveseat had recliners. Master suite bed was very comfortable. View is amazing. The owner is responsive and accommodating. This condo is close to the strip. If you haven’t tried Stewart’s on the strip, you must go. The food is amazing. DoorDash and Shipt deliver here, which was very convenient. We would definitely stay again.

Perfection

We were very pleased with our stay here. The condo is centrally located making outings quick and convenient. Everything was impeccably clean, the towels and sheets appeared to be brand new, the furniture and beds were amazingly comfortable, and the kitchen is completely furnished. The screened in patio was private and provided a great view. The room is located right by the pool which was very convenient! The full time residents were very welcoming and friendly but most of all the owner was very responsive to all questions and messages! We would absolutely recommend this condo without hesitation.

Long Weekend

We have a family of four and traveled to the area for a graduation present for our daughter. This condo served our family well and met all of our needs. The screened porch has a beautiful view and is a perfect place to eat your meals and just sit and take it all in. The pool is right outside the front door but with the door shut, you can not hear any noise coming from the pool and when we were there, the pool died down around 5 or 6 and stayed calm the rest of the night. The directions for checking in and checking out are extremely organized and well laid out,. We had an issue with figuring out how to get the shower to turn on. I contacted the condo owner and got a response almost immediately with directions and it was figured out quickly. The air conditioning worked great, the USB ports in the outlets were an added bonus with four cell phones to charge. I would highly recommend this condo to anyone as a fun, relaxing place to stay to unwind and destress. As stated before, the owner was super sweet and extremely organized, allowing us to check in early and making sure we had the code to unlock the door before we arrived. She also sent me a message reminding me to leave the parking and pool passes in the drawer upon checkout which was appreciated with trying to get four people and all of our belongings packed up and out the door. Rent this condo! You won't regret it!

Great Location, clean condo, beautiful views!

This condo is amazing! First of all location! The condo is a short walk from the parking lot, right next to the pool and has a gorgeous view of the lake! It is super clean and has a very nice layout. The beds are comfortable and there is plenty of dishes and kitchen utensils. The patio is beautiful and a great place to relax and enjoy the views. We enjoyed having access to the boat dock (we rented a boat for two days and parked it at the dock), and the property owners were very kind and responsive. I only gave it 4 stars though for a couple of reasons: 1. the property says it is family friendly. However, of the nights we were there and my kids were in the pool, we had some grouchy older people complain very loudly about our kids, and several other families in the pool. I think those people should choose a different property to vacation/live.......Second, the condo is sparse on blankets and bedding. It will sleep 8 comfortably (2 to each bed and 2 on air mattresses), but some will have to sleep on air mattresses and there are no extra sheets. The air mattresses are very comfortable and we brought bedding knowing this, but it would be nice to just have some extra blankets or throws, especially when you are a bit chilly coming in from the lake or pool. Finally, the owners provide a gas grill to bbq. We did some burgers and corn on the bbq to celebrate a birthday and used the bbq where it was (making the assumption since it was placed there and on top of a mat, that it should be used there). Unfortunately for us, the smoke discolored the siding a bit, and while we were both out there watching it, and caught it immediately and moved the bbq, one of those grouchy old people at the pool screamed at my wife and instead of helping us or inspecting the damage, left the pool and reported us to the HOA which soured our trip a bit. We cleaned the siding and moved the bbq to the fence side of the patio for the next guests, but we really wish we had a better experience with others at the complex. Overall, stay here! You will not regret this choice. It is beautiful! We have stayed at many condos at the Lake and this is one of our favorites!

Family Getaway

The condo was perfect for myself and my 2 daughters and a couple of their children. The pool is literally right outside our door and the kids loved that! The kitchen was fully stocked, and we cooked all the meals there which was actually fun as everyone pitched in. We loved the screened in porch and enjoyed our mornings and evenings out there drinking coffee and watching the lake activity. Perfect view of the lake! We were surprised that we could only have 2 cars on the property as we all came from different locations and drove our vehicles to meet at the property. We did contact the host and he was very quick to reply but there was really no solution to the parking issue as that is property policy. Security is strict and gives you 15 minutes warning with a huge sticker on your driver window (that is very hard to remove) or the car will be towed! We did have to park one of the cars up the road about 3-4 miles away at a convenience store as security is very strict about only 2 vehicles per unit - even though it was 3 bedrooms. We arrived about 3:20 (CHECKIN AT 4) and the housecleaner was still working and locked the door so that we could not unload our stuff. She finished about 4:30 and let us know that we would have to fold all the towels in the dryer and unload the dishwasher - not a big deal, but the kids were anxious to get in and we were delayed by 30 minutes. But everything was clean! Overall a great weekend getaway!

Perfect condo

LOVED IT!!!

Loved everything about this condo! Owner communication was excellent, very clean, close to restaurants, shops. Loved that the pool was right outside the door. Neighbors were very quiet, pool wasn’t crowded at all, sometimes we were the only ones in it. Will definitely be back!
