Thank you for being our tenants. Want to response on your review. When you checked in I asked if any questions please contact and when you asked about A/C response was quick?! Yes we don’t provide access to A/C to prevent any damage ( believe most of the people don’t care about anything if it’s not their, changing temperatures back and forth many times a day isn’t good and fixing or replacing A/C isn’t cheap, resent we paid over $800) . I programmed A/C by 72 at night and 74 a day, it’s decent comfortable temperature. Additional towels and blankets for small bedroom were in the primary bedroom closet!!! If you didn’t see it or needed something why not to call and ask. Yes my cleaning lady forgot to put wash cloths. Sorry for it. We did not include and didn’t put as provided access to hot tub in any unit in our house. And sorry about heavy garbage bins, it is provided by our Sarasota county and they require to use only those one, but they are wheeled, so you just pulled, other tenants in their 70’s had been pulled them for 3 winter months and didn’t complain?! Anyway thanks for your review I will definitely try to fix things which possible.

Thank you for being our tenants and review it’s good to know options and suggestions but before you booked you knew it is tv only in the bedroom because most of the people like to watch before sleeping. We would transfer to living room if you request. Was easy to do! And about a water it’s safe to use as I explained, but has a little different taste than in North states, all of the cities Venice, Port Charlotte, Norh Port have same issue because of a specific which is not depending of us. Also yes it’s only cooktop no oven but we provide small portable oven. Sorry for some uncomfortable things we never hide any information, everything is clearly in the photo or potential tenants can ask what they need!

Thanks my guests for review because in any way it helps to improve my apartment. just want to explain if we pay low price (any motel around cost twice) a night, can't expect high level. Yes it's really basic but I hope comfortable because didn't receive any complaints during staying. And about a wrecked car, my house has 2 units in a 3 bedroom we have permanent tenants who of course have rights to occupy more space on driveway and when they had car accident, waiting for insurance approval for repairs sorry I have no rights to tell them anything. Guests from 1 bedroom always have parking for 1 car as this appartment is only for 2 people occupation. In anyway thanks again for staying in our house, this guests left appartment nice, clean, however I was shocked of their 2 stars rate because if you pay really low price and no complaints during staying put rate what you have for this money as I never posted my house similar as 5 stars hotel.
