Newly built in 2025, The Oak Lodge is a custom designed tiny house nestled on over 10 acres of private land in the foothills of the Great Smoky Mountains. This retreat offers the perfect blend of comfort and convenience while offering privacy and seclusion. While our lodge is just under 500 sq ft, it offers a spacious yet cozy feel that includes a king-size bed, full kitchen, full bathroom, a washer and dryer, and a queen-size pull-out sofa. This property was intentionally designed to allow you to unplug, relax, and rejuvenate your mind and body. Ideal for couples seeking a peaceful, romantic getaway or those simply looking to get away from the hustle and bustle of everyday life.

Other Details to Note:

- If you see wild animals during your stay please do not feed them. Deer, turkey, eagles, coyote, and even bears can frequent the property. Please keep a safe distance away from wildlife to protect their habitat. Be sure to put all garbage into the bin inside the bear-proof cage at all times.



- Please note that The Oak Lodge is not specifically designed for children. If you are staying with children, please be mindful of the following hazards:

• Unfenced yard with direct access to acres of woods and native animals (bears, coyote, snakes, etc.)

• Furniture and appliances that are not mounted to the wall and may tip over (dressers and mirrors).

• Outlets without covers.

By booking a stay, you accept full responsibility and liability for all children present and agree to ensure they are supervised by a responsible adult at all times.
