You'll feel very much at home when you walk in the front door at 111 South Haven. The spacious, yet cozy living room features plump and buttery-soft leather sofas arranged in a perfect conversation grouping around the gas fireplace and wall-mounted HDTV with WiFi. After a long day out at the beach or exploring all that South Haven has to offer, you'll love curling up here with a drink and a snack talking about the day's adventures while enjoying the neighborhood view and abundant sunshine. Down in the basement, a second full living room can serve as the kid's space, additional TV room, or a spot to cozy up on the huge wrap-around sofa with chaise for a nap. This daylight space also offers a table for four. Game of cards, anyone?

Cooking & Dining
Family chefs rejoice! You'll love this fully stocked kitchen, featuring crisp white cabinets, stainless steel appliances, farmhouse sink, quartz countertops, and a lovely tiled backsplash. The extra-long center island provides tons of food prep space, plus seating for 3. The adjacent formal dining table for 8 will have you bringing back the tradition of family dinner, just so you can all savor the delicious cooking together! For those on a working vacation, there's a dedicated desk and chair tucked into the corner.

Bed & Bath
With bedrooms and baths on three floors, you'll easily find your favorite spot! The basement level features a bedroom with two twin beds, and an adjacent bath with a tub/shower. The main level has a half-bath conveniently located behind the kitchen. The second level offers 3 bedrooms. A primary suite with a king bed (new for 2025!), dresser, and nightstand and lamp. Enjoy your morning coffee or afternoon cocktail on the private balcony. The ensuite bath has a walk-in shower. The second bedroom has two twin beds, and the third bedroom has a queen bed. These two rooms share a hall bath with a tub/shower. On the third floor, two lucky guests will have an entire floor to themselves. This primary suite has dormer walls with skylights, a queen bed, and a large seating area with both futon and armchair. With large windows and plenty of sunshine, it's a lovely spot to “get away from it all” and enjoy a few minutes of solitude. The ensuite bath features a walk-in shower, also with skylights.

We rented this home with friends for a week in South Haven. The property and home are beautiful. Accommodations were immaculate and incredibly comfortable. Easy walk to the children’s park and beach, as well as to town. Would definitely recommend and will hopefully stay again in the future.

What an amazing house. The open concept was great for our extended family. Plenty of room to enjoy entertainment and for family meals. The close location to the Kids' Corner and Lake Michigan beaches was fabulous. Can't wait to plan another trip in the future.

Stay was great would stay at this house again ! The coffee pot was broke they said they would bring a new one and never did that was only down fall and very few towels . But other than that amazing house and location!

Can’t beat location

If you want to stay near the water, this is a great choice. The home was beautiful and clean. We would stay here again. Everything was smooth/seamless from checkin to checkout. Unlike some homes in the area, you have to bring everything you need for the beach which is fine - just realize that upfront.

This property is exactly what you want. There was plenty of room for three family with kids ages 1-12. The walk to the beach was easy for the 4 year old and the 72 year old. I highly recommend staying here!!

We called on Monday and spoke with Monica about having no firepit. She was supposed to call us back. Ants are a big problem. Even in master bath. Some in front room by front door that we sprayed with bug killer. Great proximity to beach, wish it would have been a little closer to town.

Amazing House close to the park & beach!!!

Our stay at this Beachwalk Property was absolutely perfect! For starters, the house is a half block to our favorite park in Michigan Kid’s Corner, and then one block to the beach!!! The house is immaculate, furnished very nicely, and very spacious. It is stocked with everything you need from kitchen spices to laundry and dishwater detergent, not to mention a ton of FUN board games! The ping pong table was a huge hit with our kids as well! If you’re looking for a house in SoHa, look no further and book this property!!!!

Family Beach Vacation

Great property for family vacation. Location was perfect since it was near the Kids Corner Playground, Blue Stair beach access, and not to far to walk to South Beach or into town. The house had enough room for all to relax. The young adults and teens enjoyed the lower level to hang out and the ping pong table. We appreciated the larger driveway which easily fit our three vehicles. If you are sensitive to early morning sunlight then bring eye shades especially if on the top floor bedroom with the skylights.
