This condo was amazing! The short walk to the beach, the VIEW WAS AMAZING AND can we talk about the location!!! The condo itself was clean, cozy and had awesome artwork on the walls! Kitchen was stocked and just everything was awesome!!!! The host Heidi is super sweet! We will book with her again and again!!!

Excellent location to beach access

Everything was clean. The actual condo was very nice and clean. Location to the beach was excellent. Didn't appreciate coming out to find a warning on our vehicle that we needed to register the vehicle since it was on private property when we already had when we checked in and the hang tag was hanging from the rearview window.

Perfect quick getaway

As always, our stay was perfection. We always enjoy our stay here. The proximity to the beach can't be beat. We always enjoy the fireworks too. We don't have to leave the condo to have a perfect view of the fireworks. We will definitely rent again soon.

Pet-Friendly Paradise Just Steps from the Beach

This was our fourth time staying at this condo, and it never disappoints! The location is perfect, just a short walk to the beach, which makes it easy to go back and forth throughout the day, especially with kids.The condo is clean, cozy, and has everything our small family needs for a relaxing stay. It’s the perfect size not too big, not too small, and feels like a home away from home.One of the things we love most is that it’s pet-friendly, but you would not know that when staying in the condo because it was nice and tidy. There’s even a convenient grassy area nearby for quick walks.The balcony is great for morning coffee or winding down in the evenings with the ocean breeze. Every time we come back, it’s just as comfortable and welcoming as we remembered.

Wonderful place to stay!

We were very happy staying at this condo for Memorial Day weekend. Very nice place and big! We loved how roomy the rooms were and that we had our own private balcony. Super short walk to the gorgeous beach. Will definitely stay here again!

Anniversary getaway

The condo was perfect for our little weekend getaway and we love that we were able to bring our fur babies with us. We always enjoy staying at the Tiki and this condo didn't disappoint. We will definitely be booking another stay soon!

This place was perfect for my husband, myself and our two pups. Super clean, yard access, and we could get to beach and back with no problem. You can tell the property management takes pride in the location and on maintenance plans as air filters were changed out during our stay. Will definitely book this place again thank you

Great Location

Great location just steps away from the beach, close to the pool as well. Wash off station next to beach. Very clean. Perfect for small family or a couple. Check in was easy. My 5th time staying at the Tiki and always have a good time.

Absolutely amazing!

This is our second stay at this property, two consecutive years. We came back because we loved it so much! It’s a little gem at SPI. Highly recommend…just a few steps from the beach and next two live music restaurants. Hope we can make it back next year.
