Come enjoy a fun filled vacation on Clearwater Beach, FL at the Harborview Grande Condo.

This 5th floor, 3 bedrooms 2 bathrooms’ unit is spacious with a full kitchen and plenty of room for the whole family. This condo has all the conveniences of home including flat screen TV’s. Walk out on to the balcony to take in the delightful warm salty air and beautiful view of Clearwater Bay, perhaps you might even see dolphins or manatees playing in the water.

Harborview Grande is centrally located to all kinds of restaurants, shops and activities. Take the New Beach Walk to Pier 60 to play, eat and shop on the Pier. Daily sunsets are free!!

This open floor plan unit has 1800 sq. ft. for the family to interact in. Unit also has washer and dryer for your convenience.

On site pool is heated during the months of November through March.

There is one assigned parking spot in the covered garage and secure entry.

HOUSE RULES and Special Requirements:
You must be 25 years of age to book any of our homes. The person booking the home must also be one of the occupants.
Saturday to Saturday booking only in the months of Feb, Mar, June, July and Aug. One week minimum stay.
No Smoking. - $250 extra cleaning charge for smoking in the unit

Absolutely stunning unit! Decorated with a designers touch and very resort like. Unit is huge (we had 4 adults and 2 kids). Balcony view is breathtaking. Location is good...only thing to make it better would be closer to the strip/pier/beach.

Great location but Fair Experience

No kind of carts provided for move-in. Fine if visiting for weekend but otherwise very inconvenient. Unit was filthy when we got in. Next day they did have someone come in to clean but should have been done before we got there, especially since we had to wait until almost 5pm to access our room. Unit is very large and great for families. Walking distance to lots of restaurants & beach. Good location but not sure I would go there again with all the other choices available in Clearwater.

We apologize for this convenience. We take pride in all of our rentals. I spoke with the cleaning manager, and I do understand she did have another cleaning person come and take care of the issues. Harborview Grand does have the best views on Clearwater Beach. The Inter coastal is beautiful. Come give us another try. FBR

Amazing apartment, superb location

The apartment was amazing, in a superb location literally two minutes walk to the beach, but also ideally located if you want to do some driving trips. Every room was decorated to a very high standard and was equipped with everything you could want. Both our kids had their own bedroom and could share a separate bathroom; our master bedroom was stunning with a walk-in wardrobe and a huge en suite bathroom. The kitchen, dining, and living areas were very modern, well equipped, and very comfortable. Most nights we sat out on the large balcony looking at the night light view of Clearwater but when we had our breakfast out there in the mornings we saw dolphins swimming in the bay on two different occasions! The only minor gripe I have is the check in process and communication from the management. I called to their office for check in and got the apartment keys etc., but when they saw that I had a non-US phone number they asked me to call them instead of them calling me which I thought was a bit cheap. They also gave me the wrong wifi code, which is fine, but it took three emails and a phone call from me to get it resolved, just a little slow with their response. Having said that, I would not let this stop me from booking this apartment again. Overall we loved our stay in Clearwater and in this apartment, we will definitely return and would definitely booked this apartment again.

We absolutely love this property and would definitely recommend it however when we checked in apparently the cleaning service didn’t clean prior to our arrival so it was disappointing to have such a dirty condo to move into after flying all day from Michigan. The AC was broken and it was repaired after the weekend we arrived on a Saturday so the maintenance people finally repaired it on Monday, so two nights sleeping without AC was tough. The bunk beds that my granddaughter had look so forward to sleeping in we’re taken down which is one of the reasons we choose this property. The cleaning crew finally came in Thursday to clean and also apologized with two bottles of wine. It’s hard to write this as a couple problems definitely did not ruin the beauty of this property and location.

Spring Break

I brought my son and his girlfriend to Clearwater for their spring break! This rental was absolutely beautiful and so clean! Located close to everything but far enough away of too much chaos! None of us have ever been to the gulf coast but we can’t wait to return! We did leave a day early as Covid-19 had started to pop up and we wanted to get home! We loved our stay! Harborview Grande was the perfect mix for my family of close to everything and a quiet retreat. We loved having breakfast/naps/drinks on the balcony and watching the dolphins and manatees play in Clearwater Bay. Unit was clean, well equipped and spacious. We will be back!

Wonderful Place at Clearwater Beach!

The condo was fantastic and as advertised in the pictures. Very nice, large balcony on the bay side and the front of the building is right out in the thick of things in downtown Clearwater with access to shopping, dining and beach access. Awesome stuff. The only complaints I have are the little things and this is more about the management company than the condo. Burned out bulbs with no bulb replacements (the replacements were old burned out bulbs!). Only 3 beach towels for a place that sleeps 8. Two trash bags in the kitchen to last a week? The tiny things that make a place feel like home would have made it a perfect week. That said, the management company is responsive and easy to work with. We would definitely stay here again. Great, roomy property!

I am very sorry about the issues you did have during your stay. Those little things we do not want to happen. We have put a policy in places to make sure every light is checked before guest goes into the unit. Beach towels have been stocked inside the unit and we are sorry that there was not enough during your stay. I do hope you will come back and experince this unit again with all this little incovniencie being fixed.

Beautiful place.

Beautiful place to stay. Everything was nice and clean and staff was friendly when we checked in. Only negatives are the cable boxes had to be rebooted every time we went to watch tv. Called and reported it and a guy came out and worked on it and got us going, but we still had to reboot each time. Dryer didn’t dry too well at all, we didn’t report it because I saw the same comment in a previous review. Overall though the condo was amazing, beautiful, and we would definitely stay again.

Great condo !

The building is exactly a shown in the photos, and there is no let down when you arrive. Right from the start, the staff at the rental agency were very friendly and helpful. Parking is great, and the location of the condo is just a 10 minute walk from the activities at the central Clearwater Beach area. You can easily walk to the attractions, and then stay at the tranquilly of this condo which is just at the edge of the noise and action. The condo is very spacious, and our family of 6 was very comfortable. The unit was tastefully decorated and looked quite nice. As for the practical stuff ... the beds were very comfortable, the showers were great, the heat & AC worked well (we needed both during our stay). Having a laundry in the unit was very convenient as well. The view of the inner-coastal was gorgeous from the large balcony. Any negatives were trivial - the kitchen was lacking some common utensils, the light in the dining room was dim and not centered over the table, the hot water tank was a bit small and the last person taking a shower would often get a cold shower. We had to look hard to come up with these negatives though - we loved this place and would come back again !

The only reason I'm not giving five stars is because the pool area was small, easily becoming overly crowded; there was only one pool cue and no tv remote in the rec room; the dryer in unit needs to be replaced; there is not much insulation from sound in unit directly above. However, it is a beautiful and comfortable unit.

Any notice of items not working in the unit will get an quick response. We always encourage guests to let us know right away when something needs replacing. The dryer is being looked into. The rec room is not under our control, unfortunately. The pool deck is limited in size but the beach is the big draw for this rental. We're happy these guests enjoyed their unit overall.
