Tropical Hideaway: Hot Tub, Pool, Remodeled in Prairie Village

*POOL IS OPEN MAY THROUGH OCTOBER. HOT TUB IS OPEN ALL YEAR* Gather and relax in this unique tropical hideaway in the centrally located and desired Prairie Village! This hideaway offers a pool, an 8-person hot tub, and a large fenced backyard with a large patio! Less than 10-minute drive to Prairie Village Shops, Meadowbrook Park, and downtown Overland Park; and less than 20-minute drive to downtown Kansas City! Completely equipped with a full kitchen, a coffee bar, grill, and Pack-N-Play.
- Please treat the home with the same care you would with your home
- No unattended minors by the pool or hot tub
- Turn off the jets and close the cover of the hot tub after use.
- No smoking indoors ($250 fine)
- Respect quiet hours 10 PM - 8 AM (no backyard hangs as the neighbors bedrooms are close to the deck)
- No parties or events
- Please remove your shoes at the door
- No pets on couches or beds
- We have a weekly pool and hot tub companies adding solutions and cleaning them so you may see them briefly in the yard but they will not need access to the inside.
- Trash day is on Friday morning so it needs rolled to the curb on Thursday evening, so if you are staying then, it would be so helpful if you roll the trash/recycle bins (and not any other time).
- If the bins are full, please tighten the trash bags and leave them in the garage and not outside.
- A charcoal grill is provided. If there`s leftover charcoal from previous guests, you`ll find it in the designated bin on the deck. Otherwise, you can buy charcoal at a nearby grocery store. Please clean the grill after use for the next guest, as cleaners cannot do so within the shorter window to clean the house.
- Must clean up after your pet in the yard ($150 fine)
- Please park as many cars in the driveway as possible, and avoid blocking the neighbors driveways.
