Thank you for sharing your feedback. We’re glad to hear the house was clean, spacious, and that communication was great for your group. We also appreciate your note regarding the exterior. The condition of the landscaping is not the experience we aim to provide, and we’ve already flagged this with the team so it can be addressed with priority. Ongoing improvements are being made to ensure the outdoor areas better match the standards of the home. Your comments are helpful in guiding what needs attention, and we appreciate you taking the time to share them.
