Jason is an excellent host! His place was clean, quiet, very spacious, and central to all of our needs. We were in town for a high school reunion and it was perfect. We will definitely stay here again!
The apartment is very comfortable, cozy, and stylish. It’s in a great location in Kingston, and we felt right at home. The host is super kind and communicative, and we really appreciated the ability to stay with our cat. Such a great stay!
We had a wonderful stay in Kingston. Jason’s apartment was perfect. Huge backyard with string lights. Apartment was just right for the two of us and many shops were just a walk away. Didn’t realize there was so much to do in Kingston, but would definitely stay at Jason’s again!
Awesome stay. Everything as advertised, and the place was spotless. Great communication from Jason throughout. And what a cute town, with everything within walking distance. Would highly recommended. Jim and Gillian
The rental was so charming! Every detail of the space was so beautiful and intentional. My partner and I had a lovely getaway thanks to the beautiful environment and comfortable bedroom. It made falling asleep after long days at The Festival quite easy. There’s a TV in the room if you enjoy watching TV before bed and large windows for natural sunlight (you can close the curtains too if you’d like). It’s not at all noisy and it’s close to a few cute bars, restaurants, and a grocery store. Jason was super accessible and I know if I had a problem i’d get help right away. We don’t have a pet, but it was clearly super accommodating of pets just as they say. This trip had me craving another trip up to Kingston. When I inevitably come back up for a longer trip to explore the city, I won’t hesitate to book with them again. (And if you’re debating a trip to Kingston: debate no longer! It is a beautiful town with all sorts of gems. If you’re used to walking places it’s relatively walkable too.)
Jason was quick to respond and the check-in process was very straight forward. The pictures are exactly what you get; retro and alluring. The bedroom is massive and has a nice sofa in the corner. Also, we heard no noise from the street or upstairs, which was a welcomed change from the city.
Great location in Kingston, close to lots of good restaurants and bars and also a good base for exploring nearby areas. Large backyard is an extra treat. Would certainly stay here again!
This apartment was perfect for two of us. It's not fancy, but is well-equipped, in a good location, and very quiet (which we have had trouble finding in Kingston).
Small, quaint 1 bedroom apartment with a large fenced-in backyard. Great for pet owners. Ideally located Uptown, moments from lots of things to do and places to be. The offering was priced well and very comfortable for a single guest with 2 dogs.
