ALL Season Private Modular Home set in a quiet vacation community within walking distance from pristine White Lake. Nestled in the pines of the Adirondack Park with access to all the great outdoor sports year round.

Full amenities: Washer, Dryer, Dishwasher, Microwave, Fire TV, Internet, Gas Grill. Three Bedrooms, Two Baths. All the comforts of home. Perfect for a family getaway to the mountains in the summer or a snowmobile base camp in the winter.

Master Bedroom Suit has a Queen Bed, Private Master Bathroom and Walk-in Closet
2nd Bedroom has a Queen Bed
3rd Bedroom has a Full Bed, Full size Futon with Twin Bunk

Living Room has two sofas, one is a pull out sofa bed.

Gas Grill, Picnic table and Bon Fire pit all on premises

Perfect Weekend Getaway

The house was very clean and had everything we needed and more. It was in a nice quiet neighborhood. We loved the beach which was just a short walk from the property. We really enjoyed our stay here!

Spent the day at Enchanted Forest but didn’t want to make the drive home. Booked this lovely home that met our needs. Home was clean, had a lot of amenities and was much more comfortable than a motel/hotel. We will definitely book again when we return to the area!

Lovely home in Woodgate

This home had everything we needed and more. The hosts were readily available for questions. The kitchen and bathrooms were stocked with plenty of supplies. The location is great for an easy walk to the beach and dinner at the White Lake Inn. We would highly recommend this home and home to return ourselves.

woodgate stay

There were few issues. The one shower drain wasn't draining very well and the owner made a couple of attempts to make the issue better, but with only partial success. What I didn't appreciate was my grandchildren tried to go back in to double check and make sure all their belongs were out and the code had already been changed. They were not going back to steal something or destroy something. Kind of soured my interest in going back next year.

Everything and more!

They had everything and more than we needed. Beach towels, toiletries, laundry soap, paper towels. All utensils and cooking supplies to make our own food. Just remember the sunblock and bug spray. Air conditioning in each room that worked well. Great neighborhood. Bicycles in the shed to use which we enjoyed riding in the private neighborhood. The beds in the master and other single bed room were a little firm. Really reminded us of our own home so we were very comfortable. The owner was easily reached for any questions we had.

2nd Visit

Owner came and got me in (my error) I got confused trying to use the back door and that code is different. I was preoccupied with my kid's excitement at finally arriving but it was my mistake. Safe and clean place. Some extras like kitchen spices and Keurig make it feel more like a home in a good way. Supportive and responsive host who you don't hear from unless you need her which is great. 2 bathrooms is a big plus for families. White Lake itself is great. The neighborhood's roads recently paved since last year. Clearly homeowners keeping area well cared-for & funded. White Lake Inn had an outdoor band, which was cool. By 7 PM that was done and they had a second band inside (quieter and considerate). We went in while it was loud and fun, my kids, ages 7 and 9, were welcome but we didn't stay late - good energy and summer fun.

Peaceful and Perfect

The property was the perfect place for our family getaway "in the woods", with all the comforts and conveniences of home. The place was spotless when we arrived. Check-in was easy and the owner immediately responded to my text messages/questions. We were able to cook our meals and grill out because every utensil and pan or dish we needed were available. The sandy beach was amazing and the fire pit was a great ending to our evenings! Only 20 minutes from Old Forge, making our trip to Enchanted Forest easy. The rooms were all air conditioned and the bathrooms were fully equipped. We had a wonderful time and hope to go back next year :-) Thank you Laura for being the perfect host!

Perfect Retreat in Beautiful Fulton Chain Lakes Area

This little camp was spotless, modern, and well stocked. We were within walking distance to 2 private, sandy beaches. We hiked, paddled several lakes, and visited Inlet and Old Forge. The lot was big enough that we needn’t worry that our laughter would disturb our neighbors. Laura checked in and offered assistance if needed. These 5 ladies highly recommend this ADK retreat.

The house was exactly as listed online. The communication with the house owner was great.

House was very clean and tidy. The kitchen was fully stocked as well as the bathrooms with tooth brushes and tooth paste in case you forgot yours. We used the grill which worked out great. Overall the experience was perfect, great safe location, good size yard for the kids to run around and play in. No complaints, WiFi was very fast and access to the private beach is a plus!
