Relaxing Getaway

This is a very nice property. Spacious with all the amenities one would need. The pool was fabulous! The patio/pool area offered privacy and a quiet setting. Antonella, Denise, and the management crew were very responsive when needed.

Lovely home, relaxing stay, will rent again...

Casa Coral Breeze was accurately represented in photo and text and very clean,. Check in was easy. Propertay managers, Anatolla and Denise, were responsive and prompt to solve minor problems and eager to make our stay as perfect as possible. Kitchen was well supplied and pool clean and serviced twixe during our 2 week stayl. Air conditioner works well...a plus for us. Convenient to shopping, restaurants and beaches. Being close to Publix supermarket another plus. We will surely try to rent again when we return to Cape Coral.

Home Needs Attention

In my humble opinion, there are other properties for the same rate that should be considered before this rental. Our biggest complaint was we had no access to any decent cable TV as there were just a few local channels offered by their service “Wink”. We spent a week at this property and ruined several meals, as the oven/stove’s condition was poor and actually could not cook our food properly. The property desperately needs a fresh coat of paint, and a deep clean, specifically outside around the pool. By my 5th day, I just wanted to leave and checked out the next day, without asking for any refund. Nor was one offered.

It felt like home

This was my 2nd time staying at Casa Coral Breeze and it felt like coming home. The home is wonderful and in a great location for anything you want to do. A special thanks to Clyde , who spent a good bit of time trying to get a problem with the tv fixed. Clyde, Denise and Antonella are wonderful hosts and so very easy to work with. Luckily I have booked again for next year and can't wait to get back. Harry Leonard

Great rental property

House was clean and well maintained. The management team was responsive to a few normal maintenance issues. I wish the pool heater was started a few days prior to arrival because it took a few days before it was comfortable. I would rent this house again but unfortunately it’s already rented next year.
