Check-out instructions

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Please put used towels and beach towels on the tile floor in the bathrooms. Leave the bed linens on the unmade beds. Place any rags used for cleaning/cleaning chemicals on the patio porch.
Return beach pass to the knob on the WELCOME sign. A $260 fee will be charged for a missing beach pass. Place all the trash in the blue trash bin located in the driveway. Turn off all lights and TV’s.
Please lock the door and return the key to the lock box hanging on the shed door. Lock and close the lock box. Load all the dishes into the dishwasher and start it. Pods are located under the sink.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Please park in the main driveway, which can accommodate up to four cars. Do NOT move planters or hit the address sign (Well Pump)
No smoking of any kind, vaping, or e-pens are allowed in the house. All smoking must be done outside on the patios or backyard.
Dogs can use the dog door or be taken to the designated potty area in the backyard, NOT the front yard, patio, or any non-designated backyard areas.

The place was exactly as advertised. Very walkable to the beach and nearby restaurants. Very clean with a fully stocked kitchen. Lori was very responsive to any inquiries. We would absolutely stay there again. And while we didn't have a pet with us, the place was pet-friendly.

The cottage was better than advertised! Gracie (our dog) loved the backyard and the use of the doggie door ( once she got use to it!!). The cottage was fully stocked and wonderfully furnished. Lori is a wonderful host who answered any questions we had quickly and checked in on us to ensure that everything was well.
