Fabulous place, everything within walking distance and beach access within a block or so. Host very responsive. Studio was perfect - large comfy bed and full kitchen. A gem in the heart of Folly. Highly recommend!

Amazing location to Folly beach and a quick walk to Bert’s market and all the restaurants near center street. Place was very comfortable and clean! We also slept amazing as the bed was very comfortable!

Everything was perfect for a quick little get away. The beach was within walking distance. Also the pier ,restaurants and shopping were very close and we just walked everywhere we wanted to go. Very clean room. We would definitely come stay here again!

This place is really nice! The host was quick to respond with any questions we had, the place was very clean and comfortable, it’s stocked with anything you might need, and I highly recommend booking here.

We had such a beautiful stay in Folly Beach SC. Highly recommend the beautiful retreat where we stayed (The Harbison efficiency at The Woods). Everything was perfect, from the classic, modern retreat, the amazing host, access to town and the beach! Could easily and beautifully accommodate several couples in private efficiencies and small apartments. There is so much space for outdoor group gatherings! We're sure to return again and again.

Our host was great at communicating before and during our stay. The unit was bright and comfortable. We used the oven and microwave to make a couple of our meals. The bed was comfortable with plenty of pillows and bedding. We spent time sitting outside on the 2nd floor porch and used the laundry facilities..The building is an easy, quick walj to the beach. And an easy walk to the main street.

This place is amazing!

My husband and I could not have picked a better place celebrate our 10 yr anniversary! From the moment we walked in we knew we were going to have a memorable trip! It smelled so good, the A/C felt so good and easy to adjust, a fan for sleep at night and the best pillows and soft bed for great sleep after a hot day on the beach. The host, David, was great to communicate every single detail and quickly responded to all our questions before and after booking. It is an easy walk to the beach, great parking and very private. Bert’s is right down the street and a destination in itself! Thank you again, We will be back!
