Very nice location. Nice pools and proximity to the beach was outstanding. We traveled with another family so we split the cost on a 3 bedroom unit. As much as I loved the place. It was a once in a lifetime opportunity for our family, I don’t think I could afford to stay here even if it is for a one bedroom unit.

Beach views everyday. Love the split bedroom plan. The Lanai was 100% of our every morning and evening. Clear communication with the host. Beautiful grounds. Beautiful cove.

Great view! Host/manager easy to work with- helpful and informative. Kitchen equipped to prepare full meals. Resort well maintained. Staff friendly. We were family of 6. Had plenty of room and enjoyed lanai. Easy beach access.

This property is amazing. Everything is first class and this unit is in the perfect location with awesome views of both pool area and ocean. It is extremely well appointed with absolutely everything you could possibly need including beach chairs, folding wagon, noodles, etc and every kitchen supply needed. High end appliances, huge lanai, and the layout is perfect with split sides of condo for the primary and secondary suites. Would highly recommend. Would definitely return here!

This was a fantastic choice for our family! The villa easily accommodated all six of us with plenty of room to spare.The communication from both the host and the management company was exceptional. They were incredibly responsive and went above and beyond to help us. Since we only wanted to rent one vehicle, I reached out to ask whether a large SUV would fit in the assigned parking space. The property manager actually took the time to park her own SUV in the space and sent us photos so we could make an informed decision before renting. We ended up getting a Chevrolet Suburban, and it fit perfectly when backed into the space.The resort itself is peaceful, offers beautiful views, and is a welcome escape from the crowds and busyness of Waikiki. The location is also very convenient—about a 40-minute drive to both Waikiki and the North Shore—making it easy to explore everything the island has to offer while returning each day to a quiet, relaxing place to unwind.We had an amazing stay and would absolutely recommend this villa to families looking for a spacious, comfortable, and well-managed place to stay on Oahu.

Wonderful vacation!

Our family and friends loved the condo and all the amenities the property had at the beach villas on our first trip to Hawaii! The property manager did a great job with helping us feel welcome on arrival. The beach villas staff were nice and professional. The beds were comfy, the patio furniture was great for looking at the beach, and even beach items like towels, a cooler, chairs, and a wagon were provided. We had the best time and our kids said it felt like home. Mahalo!

Our stay at Beach Villas was absolutely delightful! We stayed for a week with our two boys and my parents and it was perfect for giving everyone the right amount of space and things to do. The kitchen was fully stocked with all the cooking supplies we needed so we were able to feel at home with cooking dinners and sipping wine on the lanai in the evenings. There were lots of beach toys/supplies (boogie boards, beach chairs, pool noodles, scuba gear) as well as a big beach bag, a wagon, fluffy beach towels, and a cooler. The pools and lagoons are fabulous and entertaining for our 9 and 10-year-old boys. The walking paths and outdoor spaces are super easy to access for aging parents and the rooms were comfortable and clean. Cherie, the local host, was very responsive and lovely and the entire place exceeded our expectations. We will definitely be back.
