Thank you for your feedback. We’re glad you and your family enjoyed the view, amenities, and waterpark, and that our team was responsive when you needed assistance. We take these concerns seriously. I personally traveled more than 300 miles to inspect the condo and verify that the reported issues were addressed. The condo underwent an extensive renovation in 2025, including paint, lighting, appliances, granite countertops, linens, comforters, and decor. As a popular vacation rental, normal wear occurs, and I have painters scheduled November 1 to repaint all trim throughout the unit. All shower curtains and liners have been replaced, the reported dust areas have been cleaned, and we have reinforced cleaning expectations with our staff. I inspected the master bathroom caulking, cleaned and scrubbed the area, and observed dust and discoloration but no visible mold. The bathroom sink issue was caused by sand obstructing the drain mechanism and has been corrected. The bedding was replaced during the 2025 renovation, and all comforters have been laundered. The stain pictured was on a decorative pillow sham, not the sheets or comforter, and that sham has been removed. The vacuum has also been removed because it was not intended for guest use. Regarding the security concern, the malfunction involved the secondary security lock. Our maintenance team arrived within 29 minutes, and the primary door lock remained operational. We offered to replace the damaged secondary lock, but that offer was declined. An additional secondary security lock has since been installed. We maintain professional pest control service and take these reports seriously. These concerns were not reported during the stay; had we been notified, we would have worked to address them promptly. We appreciate the opportunity to correct the issues and remain committed to providing a clean, comfortable, and secure experience for future guests.

Thank you for your feedback. We appreciate all guest feedback and take it seriously as we continually work to provide a great experience for those who stay with us. We do want to clarify a few items for future guests. During your stay we did not receive any communication regarding the concerns mentioned in the review. If we had been notified about any cleanliness issues, we would have immediately sent our cleaning team to address them. Our goal is always to resolve concerns quickly so guests can fully enjoy their stay. After receiving the review, we scheduled an additional deep cleaning of the unit, which will be completed on April 1, to ensure everything remains in excellent condition. While the property is professionally cleaned between each stay, we are always happy to go the extra mile when something is brought to our attention. Regarding the vacuum, the unit features LVP flooring throughout and the vacuum is only used for the single area rug in the home. When our team inspected the property after checkout, we discovered that a small plastic bag had gotten into the sink drain, which was likely the cause of the drainage issue. This concern had not been reported by the previous guest and was easily resolved once discovered. Finally, as noted in our listing and common with many vacation rentals in the area, we provide a starter set of supplies such as trash bags, dish detergent, and toilet paper. Guests are responsible for restocking these items as they are used during their stay. We appreciate your stay and your feedback, as it helps us continue maintaining a comfortable and well-prepared home for our guests.
