About the host
Hosted by David
I moved here over 25 years ago from upstate New York. I've witnessed Asheville grow up from a sleepy mountain town to the Beer Mecca it is today but I still enjoy country living. Just ask and I'll let you know where to get the best brews in town!
Why they chose this property
Come relax by the warmth of the fire in our pet-friendly Smoky Mountain hide-away. This area of Buncombe County is so beautiful and we wanted to share it with others. You’ll be centrally located to all the great activities the Asheville area has to offer. This area is special because it’s close to downtown, yet far enough away to enjoy nature. Ten miles to West Asheville, 15 minutes to French Broad River. 30 minutes to the Smokey Park Highway, 40 minutes to Hot Springs, plus many local farms and hiking spots to explore!
What makes this property unique
Wood stove. Logs provided. Cabin is private, surrounded by trees and filled with artwork from local artists.
