Close location off campus from UT at Austin. Plenty of parking next to stairs. Accessible to many downtown and UT at Austin campus by car.

This location is great if you are trying to go to a football or basketball game at University of Texas, Austin. It is a little challenging to find and could use some fixing up in the bathrooms. There are some thoughtful touches and excellent air conditioning.

The host was very responsive to my questions. Answered in a timely manner. The location is very close to UT Austin. It is an apartment building that seems to house a lot of UT students. We were there over a weekend and it was very quiet. It is an older building but seems to be well maintained. Our only issues were with the little things. Two wash clothes in the entire apartment that sleeps 4-6 people. No towels in the kitchen to dry dishes. No hangers in the closets. The pillows need replaced. Otherwise, the stay was very pleasant. Fixes those few small things and I would stay there again.

Great location by campus. Provided the easy access that we needed. Parking was very easy and overall felt safe. It was great that we were able to have our dog. If you’re staying for several days and / or planning to cook a bit, check out the kitchen items before you meal plan - the basics are there but limited. The building is older, but the owner has done a good job keeping it updated.
