The cabin was a small but sufficient space that was conveniently located. It didn't hurt that it was excellently situated for eclipse viewing either.

Our stay at Digby's was the result of a winter storm that prevented us from getting to our first choice rental. As it turned out, this one was perfect for our needs. The location is excellent, the view wonderful, and the charm and comfort of the cabin delightful. We would stay again, and recommend to anyone!

Perfect winter renta
Digbys Overlook was the perfect winter rental. One bedroom downstairs with a loft upstairs containing 2 twins and a full size bed. You could enter the bathroom from the entryway or the bedroom. There was plenty of closet/dresser space in the downstairs bedroom. Spacious loft, altho the ceiling is low so you can't stand up. It was fine for the kids. We had everything we needed, including pots and pans for cooking, games to play and dvds to watch. We rented this cabin for the entire winter and found that the area was very quiet. The neighbors were friendly, and it's right on the sidewalk which was perfect for taking the dog for a walk on the warmer days. Morton and Forbush were great to work with, and reached out to the owner for us, who worked with our dates. I would highly recommend this rental, as well as renting from Morton and Forbush. We will absolutely try to rent again next winter!
It was very clean and kitchen was very well stocked! The VIEW was amazing! Our time of weather wasn't great...but it is very close to downtown... And literally next door to the grocery store!
Great Place for your Rangeley vacation!!

Quiet, Clean, Comfortable and Convenient
This is a wonderful place to stay. It is much better than the pictures indicate. The view from the living room is classic. The kitchen is fully equipped. The bedroom is extremely comfortable and warm. There is a door from the BR to the bathroom. This was a pleasant surprise. Rangeley village is close. IGA supermarket is 500 feet away, unseen, clean and well stocked . The tv works perfectly, even if the channels are somewhat limited. I will stay here again. A great and peaceful place.

We have stayed at many properties in town over that last 40+ years that we have been spending time in Rangeley. This is the second time that we have stayed at Digby's and it is the perfect spot when just my wife and I want to get away. We've stayed both in the summer and winter and really enjoyed the property. It's a cozy place that you can relax and enjoy.

Perfect for my needs.
Had previously stayed there last year so I knew what to expect. I was pleasantly surprised at the upgrades that had been made. I did not spend much time at the cabin and utilized it as a base camp, reappearing after dark to eat and sleep. Cabin was neat, clean, and fully appointed. I would not hesitate to return and stay in it once again. Nearby access to restaurants, groceries, and recreational activities is a plus. Beautiful area to view from the cabin with gorgeous sunsets over the lake. Thanks for the opportunity to share.
