Three beaches and downtown Newport are within two miles. Eastons {1st} beach is a five minute walk .
The cottage is bright and clean with new bathroom, carpet, flooring, paint and lighting. Off street parking with private entrance .Fully supplied galley kitchen with Keurig coffee + tea. Basic cable and internet / WIFI,A/C. Private outside area for grilling, relaxing and watching the sunsets.

Relaxing Stay

My partner and I had an amazing stay. It was a quant clean place that was perfect for our long weekend we walked to the beach and all around the area of Middletown/ Newport. Would definitely stay here again.

Great stay!

We had a great time! The place was perfect for our small family and the location was fantastic. Everything was clean and ready for us when we arrived, they even provided a baby gate for the steep stairs which we appreciated with a two year old. Wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again!
