We were thankful to find this wonderful place to stay to celebrate our 25th wedding anniversary in Puerto Rico. The host was exceptionally communicative and very helpful throughout our dealings. This location provided us excellent access to San Juan, and the coastal city of Ceiba where you can take ferries to explore the islands of Vieques and Culebra. The condo was steps to two different pools and had beach access as well. Short drive to El Yunque! Overall, this is a 10 out of 10!!!

Only an overnight stay, but found the property very clean and accurately described. Accommodating and responsive hosts. Gated and secure ocean front property. 4th floor, nice views, roof top patio was nice. Spacious and comfortable beds.

Our stay was perfect! Our host was so kind, the place was immaculate, and the beds were comfy! The upper deck is awesome with views of the ocean on one side and thick trees and plants on the other side! We enjoyed the beach and pool everyday. If we are ever lucky enough to come back to Puerto Rico we will definitely want to stay here again!

The host was very good at restaurant suggestions and other things to do. Lolitas was delicious. The snacks provided were very welcome after a long trip. Kitchen was wonderfully stocked. Check in was a bit awkward, but nothing too terrible. Security needed everyone's IDs. View from the balcony was beautiful. The beach was very windy but we made do. It is not a huge beach, but was also pretty private. Pools were good. Hot tub was luke warm, not hot. Experience was great.

Everything from booking to checking-out was seamless! Owner provided so many resources and recommendations:) Their property is beautiful and clean and has everything you need. View and bonus upstairs space is GORGEOUS and the pictures you see do not fully capture the view and spacious accomodations.We will be back with the family!

This was a family vacation with my husband, mother in law, daughter with her husband, and their two girls ages one and three. The stay and place was great as described. Janice was awesome and quick to respond to all my messages! Unfortunately, the beach at the premises was not clean to use during our stay. Apparently, BE AWARE! this happens from time to time where the beach is full of seaweed. I can understand this is not under anyone’s control. However, it was a little inconvenient to travel to the near by beach with the girls. Thankfully, they also have two nice pools where my girls were able to enjoy and they did not get crowded! This place is about 40 plus minutes to most landmark destinations so a car is a must. The closest beach was about 15 minutes away.
