Escape to this charming 3-bedroom, 2-bath riverside cabin nestled along the beautiful Hiwassee River. Sleeping up to 6 guests, this peaceful retreat is the perfect place to slow down, spend time with family and friends, enjoy the river, and reconnect with nature. Pets are welcome too!
Spend the day enjoying the river from your private dock, bring your boat, or take advantage of the kayaks and life jackets provided on the property. In the evening, gather around the patio fire pit, enjoy the fresh air, and make memories under the stars.

Important Pet Information
This is a pet-friendly property with a maximum of 2 pets. The pet policy and pet fee are part of your booking requirements. If the required pet fee is not paid, you will be asked to leave the property.
Pets cannot be left unattended at the property, including being left alone inside the cabin or on the porch while you leave. Please bring your pet's own food and water bowls and do not use the home's kitchen utensils or dishes to feed animals.

Please Read Before Booking
This is a true outdoor/nature property. While we work hard to keep the cabin clean and well maintained, outdoor elements are unavoidable. Guests should expect to occasionally encounter bugs, insects, spider webs, leaves, and other signs of nature, both around the property and in outdoor areas. If you are uncomfortable with a natural outdoor setting, this may not be the right property for you.

The home is spread across three levels, so please keep the layout and stairs in mind when booking. This property is not handicap accessible and requires stairs between levels.
The bottom level features a fun pool and bar area, providing a great space to relax and entertain.
From the bottom level, you'll go up one flight of stairs to the main level. Here you'll find the comfortable living room, kitchen, and dining area, along with two bedrooms, each furnished with a queen-size bed. One bathroom is also located on this level.

From the main level, you'll go up another flight of stairs to the top level, where you'll find the third bedroom featuring a king-size bed and the second bathroom.
Please consider this when deciding if the cabin is a good fit for your group.

The kayaks and life jackets are stored outside, so they may need to be rinsed off with water before use. Please use all outdoor equipment at your own discretion and comfort level.
Grills & Fire Pit
A grill and other outdoor grilling amenities are available for guests to enjoy. All grills and outdoor equipment are used at the guest's own risk. Please follow proper safety precautions and never leave a grill unattended.
The patio fire pit is also available for your enjoyment. Firewood may be available on the property, but it may not be usable after rain or wet weather. . Never leave a fire unattended.
We provide starter essentials to help you get settled when you arrive, including linens, towels, toilet paper, paper towels, and basic toiletries. These supplies are provided as a convenience and are not intended to last for the entire duration of your stay. Guests staying longer should plan to purchase additional supplies as needed.
For the safety and security of the property, there is an exterior security camera facing the driveway.
