Seaview condos are directly across the street from the beach and this unit is located on the top floor which allows for gulf views from the relaxing lanai as well as pool and tennis /pickleball court views outside your front door. The newly updated condo has a wonderful home feeling with a fully stocked kitchen, televisions in every room, wifi throughout, beautiful bedding for your comfort, brand new leather pull out couch, dining room table, washer, dryer, printer and much more. You will find the paved beach access 200 feet from this unit. Beach chairs, A beach cart,coolers, towels and more are supplied for your comfort. Get into vacation mode, pick a week or a month, and come enjoy this condo on the amazing Marco Island. We are Known for our sunsets, golf, restaurants, sandy beaches and nearby attractions. You are sure to enjoy your stay on the amazing Gulf. Create beautiful memories you will cherish for a lifetime.

The owners of this unit want you to feel at home and have supplied all the amenities you will need to ensure that, including a washer and dryer so you can go home laundry free. There is a queen bed in the master suite, two single beds in the second room, a chaise lounge, a pull out queen size comfortable couch to sleep six. If you have a toddler/ baby with you, we do have a brand new pac n play as well as a booster seat with attached baby table.

Seaview condos feature a beautiful heated pool, tennis courts, a private parking lot, grilling ability at the pool area and much more. Park your car and have the beach, restaurants, movies and shopping all within walking distance. Then come home and call it a night by sitting on the beautiful screened in lanai with a glass of wine.

We stayed for 6 weeks in this beautiful condo which has all the beach essentials, a great pool, BBQ, and everything needed for a long stay. Jen is a great host and checked in to see how things were going and ask if we needed anything. The location is fantastic being directly across from beach access. I highly recommend staying here and we are planning on coming back next year.

Response time with the owner and property manager was quick and they were helpful. The location to the beach is great. Enjoyed the pool also. We would stay here again.

We enjoyed our stay...the property was well kept...there were only 3 other families staying in the complex while we were there so it was nice and quiet. The unit was decorated cute and was very clean and had everything we needed. I'd stay there again if I return to the area.

Fabulous place to stay

Awesome location, very close to the South Beach public beach access. Great place to stay with two bedroom and two bathrooms. Decorations were very beach inspired. Keyless entry was very convenient. Our favorite room was the screen porch with a view of the gulf.

Beautiful Getaway

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The hosts were attentive and the location couldn't have been better. From door to beach is 10 minutes, and that includes our favorite location on the beach south of the walkway. Most nights we could see the sunset from the lanai. Food and shopping is within walking distance as well. We hope to return!

We had a great stay at this wonderful unit at the beach! The unit was well equipped with beach gear, had plenty of extra linens and all the kitchenware we needed. Great place for a family beach vacation. The owner was prompt with communication and made sure we had everything we needed.

Amazing stay

We arrived and got very quick and smooth access to the condo. The first thing our children said was: "dad this apartment is amazing! This is the best you have ever found". The apartment was also very well equipped and the location was really good so we're very happy with our choice for our vacation.

Great condo at a perfect location!

We really enjoyed our stay! Perfect location just across the street from the Gulf. Pool not crowded, chairs always available. Condo was well equipped and had everything for day at the beach! Property manager was great! I would highly recommend this property! As a bonus, we could see the sunset from the balcony!

Location, location, location

Can’t get any better for beach access when staying across the street. We love to walk over every evening for sunset. The condo is lovely and so, so nice to have a view. The pool area is great. The only thing that would have made it perfect for us was if the tennis court was maintained and marked for pickleball.

This condo is fantastic!! Jen and Lynn were so great to work with!! Jen contacted us in a very timely manner and made check iin a breeze. We went straight to the condo with no additional stops to pick up keys, sign in, etc. Location, location, location! We literally walked across the street to the South Marco Beach Public access…no worries about finding parking. The condo is decorated beautifully and exactly as the pictures appear. Jen has stocked the condo with everything you could possibly need or want. The condo very clean and provided all linens, bath towels, beach towels, etc. There were games, books, and even a printer for use during our stay! All beach chairs, coolers, umbrella, beach cart, and other items were provided as well. I’m telling you, Jen has thought of everything you could need during your stay. I will definitely rent this condo again in the future.

Marco Island my new favorite vacation spot!

We loved our stay in your beautiful condo. Perfectly located across from the beach! We played tennis every day on the courts on the grounds. That was so convenient! Walking distance to almost everything we needed. Publix just a couple miles away. Lynn, the property manager delivered two NEW more comfortable pillows when I wrote about the hard foam pillows. My only suggestion would be to upgrade the pillows (more high quality soft pillows for options) and the comforters with more bedding (blankets) available. The comforters seem a bit older and because there was so few blankets....we had to use them. I don't like to use those as I am not sure they get washed. All in all...I highly recommend and hope to get back soon! Maybe even before Summer! Thank you!

Great property at the great location.

Four of us stayed at this property for 10 nights. The condo was equipped with more than we could imagine. The kitchen had more staff than we needed, the bedrooms had a lot of linen and towels including many of them for a beach. The owner and the manager replied to all of our questions without any time spent. We contacted the owner 2 weeks before we arrived with the question if we will have two beach umbrellas and she replied that she is not sure if the condo has two or one. She contacted us in couple of days that she bought a new umbrella for us; we were nicely surprised because we did not ask about it and she was not obligated to do it. The beach is good and very close to the property; about 3 minutes to walk. Additionally there is a very good pool on the property that is very clean and well maintained. Overall it was such a great experience starting from the arrival and ending with the departure. We would strongly recommend this place to everyone.

My husband and I want you to enjoy our home as much as we do. Marco Island is a tropical paradise known for the sunsets and beautiful beaches. We fell in love with the island the first time we came. The beaches, restaurants and atmosphere were amazing. We could not dream of buying anywhere else. When we found Seaview condos and saw how perfect the building was and how it was directly across the street from the beach, we knew we could not ask for more.

Why they chose this property

We fell in love with this unit the second we walked in. It was 200 feet from the paved beautiful beach access, it was the top floor and had views of the beach from the Lanai. The building was so clean and it had an amazing heated pool with a very tropical setting and tennis courts. We could not have asked for more

What makes this property unique

This is the perfect location on the south side of the island. You are in walking distance to a ton of restaurants, movies, bars, the marmot and more. It could not be closer to the beach and its private yet not secluded
