Welcome to your perfect beach getaway! This inviting townhome offers a comfortable retreat with a fabulous view of the sound and steps from the sand and surf of North Topsail Beach. 3BR/2BA/Sleeps 8

Enjoy the pool or fish off the pier right outside the back door. For added entertainment, the remodeled garage features a 65” TV, ping pong, foosball, and corn hole—perfect for game nights or watching your favorite sports and shows. Whether you’re relaxing at the pool or soaking up the sun on the beach, you’ll love coming back to unwind.

A charcoal grill is provided; however guests will need to provide their own charcoal.

With 3 spacious bedrooms with TV’s—1 king, 2 queens, and a twin trundle (under queen bed upstairs)—plus a cozy sofa bed in the living room, there’s plenty of space for families or groups of friends.

Enjoy the convenience of 2 full bathrooms, and an outside shower to help you refresh after a fun-filled day.

The kitchen and dining area seat eight and are equipped with home conveniences, including a coffee maker ,Keurig machine, blender and a cooktop for preparing home-cooked meals.

Washer/Dryer is located on the main level.
**NO smoking is allowed in this home.**

Our property is also Pet Friendly (one pet is allowed with a $200 non-refundable pet fee).

Linens (bed sheets, bath towels or kitchen towels) are not included with your rental. You may bring your own or rent them. Seaside linen & Rental Co.is an option for linen rental services. (910.793.4208) or sales@seasidelinen.com.

Amazing place

We love staying in Bermuda Landing! This is our third time staying in different condos there and this place was the best by far! The basement area is perfect for families! We are down there several nights and ate out on the back deck as well! Beautiful, clean place!!

Property was very clean , we had everything we needed to prepare meals , the beds were so comfortable. The pool for the property was kept clean and refreshing after a day spent shopping or at the beach. We enjoyed the game room downstairs and had many laughs there .I would recommend this property for a fun and relaxing vacation.

Great place to stay. Central to Surf City and Top Sail side bridges. Sound view is wonderful with options for the pool and beach. Our hosts were great, very responsive and answered any questions we had. Accommodations are fantastic and the game room was really nice to have during our stay.
