Escape to the laid-back side of Topsail Island! Surrounded by swaying palmettos and salty coastal breezes, this North Topsail Beach retreat puts you close to both the beach and the Intracoastal Waterway—perfect for days spent exploring the island, relaxing by the pool, or simply enjoying life at the coast!

Located in the quiet Seaside Village community, guests have access to the community outdoor pool and sundeck for easygoing afternoons in the sunshine. When you're ready for the beach, take a short walk across Island Drive and you'll have your toes in the sand in no time!

After a full day of sun and surf, head back home and unwind on the covered deck. Enjoy your morning coffee in the coastal breeze, gather for an outdoor meal, or settle in with evening cocktails as another beautiful Topsail day winds down.

Inside, the bright and comfortable living spaces make it easy to relax together. The open layout connects the kitchen, dining, and living areas, creating a welcoming space for everything from laid-back breakfasts before the beach to family dinners and relaxing evenings at home.

When you're ready to venture out, Surf City is just a couple of miles south with plenty of local restaurants, shops, and activities to explore, while the quieter stretches of North Topsail Beach are just a short drive away.

This location is hard to beat. Right across the street from the ocean. Private pool and private dock on the sound side. Great amenities and location without the oceanfront cost.
