New kitchen appliances, new counter top, one bathroom completely redone with granite in the bathroom upstairs and marble in the lower bathroom new vanity's in both bathrooms, glass shower door, custom tile work, new lighting, and new flooring. New mattresses new king bed furniture, new TV's flat screen with smart TV in the living room. new carpet upstairs, hotel collection linens, down pillows and down comforters, new kitchen supplies and dishes. A great property!!
Also as of 10/2020 new flooring in the open main area and new hearth

Your grandparents house

Between all the Nick Nack’s, plus too much furniture made the place have a very ackward feel. Plus, don’t look at the mattress protector until you’re done sleeping, or else you won’t.

The condo is a great location to the slopes. Easy short walk to snowshed. It was immaculate, well decorated and refurbished bathrooms both floors. Would definitely stay again!

Great stay!

We had a wonderful time staying in Kim’s condo! It was very clean and comfortable, extremely well-appointed and in the perfect location. We walked to the lift in the morning, skied all day and then were able to ski right back to the unit. Then we hit the pool, hot tub and sauna and returned to the condo and a roaring fire. We can’t wait to go back!

Great place to stay!

Trail Creek was fantastic. Close to everything Killy has to offer. Walk to Snowshed is fine for adults and teens. Ski home was so convenient. Wood burning fire place was a cozy amenity.

Closest condo complex to the mountain. This is the side of the mountain you want to be on for activities like tubing, restaurants and bars. Ski home easily and walk to or shuttle to and from snowshed from this condo complex
