The master suite offers a spacious king-size bed topped with colorful accent pillows and crisp white bedding. The second bedroom is perfect for families or groups, with two twin beds to comfortably sleep up to four guests. The second full bathroom is conveniently located with a tub/shower combo.

The Neighborhood:

Harbour Place is a smaller complex in Orange Beach, AL surrounded by like size condos which allows guests to enjoy the beach without the crowds. It is within walking distance to several seafood restaurants and shopping centers.

Getting Around:

Guest parking is first come, first serve. There is covered garage parking and non-covered parking.



Guests are allowed 2 parking spots per unit.



Uber and Lyft are available.

🅿️ One parking pass is included with the rental however, if you do need a second parking pass, please let us know right away there is an additional charge.



★IMPORTANT★

This property has special local compliance requirements which include a signed rental agreement, ID verification, and a security hold of $1000 (which is not a traditional security deposit, just a pending transaction). As an optional alternative to the security hold, you may opt in to purchase a non-refundable damage waiver provided by a third-party insurance company. The optional damage waiver is $37 on time fee, for stays up to 10 nights, with an additional $2 per day for stays longer than 10 nights.
