The toilet didn’t flush good, and we got there and the grass was very long, and we entered a room and the door knob fell off. And when you turn on shower it smelled like sewer. This is definitely not worth the money we paid for to stay here.

I am sorry you were unhappy. This is a five star place and have never had any complaints. We could not find any door knobs that may have fallen off as we ourselves checked everything one hour prior to your arrival. The toilet is normal and just a slow flush. There is definitely no smell of sewer. I showered there that morning. NO ONE HAS EVER SAID THEY SMELL SEWER. We found you left our home a disaster too. Long black hair in the shower, sink both bedroom floors and all over the beds. Urine all around the toilet and down the side of the tub. Unplugged all lamps and plugged them back in wrong receptacles that the switch did not work. Also, left dirty dishes. Wet towels in the washing machine that started to mold and stink. The grass gets cut every Friday. When you arrived, they had not yet been there. They arrived about 2 hours later due to the holiday and storms You will not be accepted back .
