This property has many conveniences walking distance. Starbucks, grocery store, liquor store, restaurants and cable beach. You are just across the street from Sandals resort. Property was clean and beds very comfy. The host was very helpful with recommendations especially a great taxi driver named Mrs. Bonaby.

We loved our time here at this cute little place. It's in easy walking distance of the beach. The check-in process was easy and fast. Will definitely be back.

Our family of 4 stayed at this property in early April and we loved it. It was very clean, and very spacious. The three bedrooms were perfect, as it allowed my two adult children to have their own space. The outdoor patio areas were nice to hang out on as well. Linens and beach towels being provided were very helpful, and having a washer/dryer was perfect. Only thing that would’ve been nice was a dishwasher and way to hook up our computer to the tv for more movies, but overall it was great. Cable beach is close by (we drove there) and probably one of our favorite beaches. Neighborhood and area felt safe as well.

It was unusually cold in Nassau. The property did not come with enough blankets or a space heater. I asked Ramon and he just said he didn't have a heater. He did not offer to get one or to bring additional blankets. We were uncomfortably cold for the stay.

Thank you for your feedback. Nassau experienced an unusually cold spell during your stay. As disclosed in our listing, the home is not equipped with space heaters, and we do not offer heaters as an amenity. You requested a heater, and we confirmed we didn’t have one available. The villa has three bedrooms and additional blankets in the home. We also asked what else we could do to help, but didn’t receive a reply, which limited what we could arrange further during the stay. We appreciate the feedback and will keep our listing details clear so guests can make an informed booking decision.

Overall wonderful stay, short distance to beach, clean villa, with good communication with host. Beach, bath and hand towels provided but will need to bring your own wash towel/ terry cloth.
